Rooted in community.
Supporting African and Caribbean communities across Northern Ireland through practical support, representation and cultural connection.
Serving NI since 2003
Our story
One organisation. Many voices.
Established in July 2003, ACSONI supports and represents people from African and Caribbean diaspora communities in Northern Ireland.
What began as a community-led response has grown into a trusted organisation working across practical support, representation, cultural heritage, policy and public engagement.
We work alongside individuals, families, community organisations and decision-makers. That combination of direct experience and strategic influence helps us respond to immediate needs while contributing to lasting change.
“Community is not simply who we serve—it is how ACSONI works.
